(Editor’s Note:  I was in Kundalini Yoga Teacher training with Taylor in India.  I remember seeing an incredibly beautiful woman who was always carried herself with grace, ease and beauty, even while in 10 minutes of chair pose or walking through polluted Indian streets.  Upon returning to the states, I discovered that she was actually a supermodel.  No wonder she looked so much better than I did while sweating in India!  I can testify that she is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. And I think the Food Network should take notice of her skills!)
