1) Take your thumbs and press them into your cheek just below the cheekbone. Start near the nose and work your way out and around to the temples. Press firmly but gently, breathing deeply and allowing tension to drain out of your face and head while you exhale. Continue for just a minute.
2) Then roll your shoulders back in wide circles until they loosen up.
3) Inhale deeply and drop your head back, looking up at the ceiling. Make sure your eyes stretch up too by looking up.
4)Open your jaw and let out a big exhale through the mouth.
Voila! In just a few minutes, you will have released tension from your face, neck and shoulders without even getting up from your work desk.
