Mudra for Detoxification

Modern living is not particularly good for us.  We load our livers up with toxins, stress out our adrenals, and wreck havoc on our nervous systems…all before breakfast.

There is a way to aid our systems in detoxification without adding too much more to our already busy lives.

Hold your thumbs onto the inside lower joint of the ring fingers.  You can do this while meditating, while relaxing, while riding on the subway, or talking a walk.  Any time will do.  And you can do it for as long as you’d like.  3 minutes….31 minutes…whatever works for you.

Throw it into a detoxification routine including diet and yoga, and you have a complete program for a new you!
