Digital Mind series. Creative arrangement of silhouette of human face and technology symbols as a concept metaphor on subject of computer science, artificial intelligence and communications

“Just as all rivers end up in the ocean, all yoga ends up raising the Kundalini. What is the Kundalini? It is the creative potential of the human being.” – Yogi Bhajan

Express yourself! Express yourself through art in its many forms. Express yourself in your connection to others, whether you’re communicating with one person, a group of thousands, or the entire Internet world. Breathe and break through old limiting beliefs that you are not creative enough, smart enough, or confident enough to share your truth, your beauty, your authenticity, your unique light with the world.

Find empowerment in chanting this mantra and surpass fears that are holding you back from creating what you want in this world, whether it’s a simple daily habit, a shift in your relationship, or a major project that you know in your heart you’re meant to pursue. “Humee Hum Brahm Hum” literally means that we are the spirit of God. Chanting it fixes this identity, the total spirit of God, into the soul’s true reality.

To chant this mantra, you can sit in Easy Pose with your fingers interlocked in Venus Lock (with the thumbs interlocked and the hands forming a cupped position) in front of the solar plexus, with your eyes closed. Chant for 11-22 minutes. To end, inhale deeply and hold. Assess yourself while holding the breath. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times and then relax.
