Join yogis from around the world in practicing a Global Peace meditation! In honor of the UN’s International Day of Peace, observed September 21 each year, Mata Mandir Singh will lead the global Kundalini yoga community in an 11 minute meditation for peace.
The United Nations dedicates September 21 to global ceasefire and non-violence, urging all nations, organizations, and individuals to participate through education, prayer, and peaceful action. It is an opportunity for people around the world to reflect on how they, as individuals and within their communities, can come together to work towards creating a more peaceful world.
If you cannot be at your computer, you can practice the Meditation for Peace on your own. Alternately chant Yogi Bhajan’s mantra for peace and the Ajai Alai mantra for 11-31 minutes.
