Kundalini Yoga and Meditation does not mask the pain, rather it allows a person to experience the pain and actively participate in a powerful healing process. If we are to resolve our addictions and experience true peace, we must first uncover, explore, and release the underlying pain and trauma.

Then start, and the pressure will be off. You can climb mountains today – one step at a time. You can and will reach the goals that you set for yourself. Stay focused and go for it. Your actions are efficient and your determination is strong. Keep up! Things might get a little rough on Tuesday thanks to the fact that the Moon comes into exact square with the Sun, marking the start of the 2nd Quarter Moon.
The eighth body is the Pranic Body and it holds and circulates prana, or life force.
The Moon is waning this week. She is in her last phase as she gradually gets smaller and smaller while rising later and later each night. As a result, our emotional reserves dwindle as the week progresses. Choose yoga sets that are more meditative and inward-focused as opposed to the more physically challenging ones. Also remember that Mercury is still retrograde – all this week. It is a time to turn inward, reflect on the past and get back money that is owed to you. This is not a time to sign contracts or purchase anything with electrical or mechanical parts. Communication is off in general and our minds seem to be working “in reverse”.
