Reciting the entire Japji daily will balance all aspects of your self and activate your soul. You may also choose to recite each pauri 11 times a day to work on a particular facet.
We are absolutely, madly in love with Eternity by debut artist Hari Rai! From the first time we heard it, we were hooked! We couldn’t resist finding out a little bit more about Hari Rai and the making of her very first album! Her responses are so rich and poignant – it’s a pleasure getting to learn more about her.
From a young age Hari Rai has been playing most of the instruments she could lay her hands on, including viola, violin, guitar, piano, harp, marimba, taiko drums, and even the Mongolian morin khuur. She has performed in concert with Snatam Kaur, Nirinjan Kaur, Dharm Singh, Guru Shabad Singh, and others. Her melodies are known for evoking an experience of deep meditation and longing.
As we are struggling with the difficult times, it’s easy to lose track of the bigger picture. The mind wants to label every experience and add judgments and conclusions to what we are going through. It is exactly these times that we are called to remember who we really are.
Time for a check-in! How do you REALLY feel about yourself? How does your mind speak to you – as your friend, or as your enemy? Are you constantly judging yourself? Comparing yourself to others and falling short? Well guess what! We aren’t going to have any more of that. You are an amazing, light filled, radiant human be-ing, and you deserve to love yourself, and to be loved. So lets start doing that right now, shall we?
